About

Alan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the Penn State University in 1994. He then went on to earn a Juris Doctorate in 1997 from The Dickinson School of Law. Upon graduation, Alan served as a judicial law clerk, assisting with the drafting of judicial opinions and orders. Alan further worked as associate counsel for local law firms before opening his own legal practice in Hellertown. As his legal practice grew, Alan expanded his office and moved to his current location in Bethlehem. In addition to his civil litigation and criminal practice, he has served as an arbitrator in both Lehigh and Northampton counties as well as for the Better Business Bureau (BBB), helping to decide and resolve disputed legal and consumer claims. For almost two decades, Alan has gained extensive experience practicing law in the district courts in Northampton, Lehigh, and the surrounding counties. Finally, Alan has taken his experience from the court room into the classroom in his role as an Adjunct Professor of Law and Paralegal Studies at Cedar Crest College and Lehigh Carbon Community College.
